Welcoming the next generation of construction talent

Now in its 11th year, the Foundation Programme has become a well established launchpad for early careers in construction. Since it began, 194 Foundationers have taken part, with more than 100 joining since 2022, a testament to its continued growth and impact across the business.

This year’s Foundationers are starting out across a variety of disciplines, including:

• Construction Management

• Quantity Surveying

• Technical Services Management

• Design

• 3D Visualisation

• Environmental

The Kickstart session gives each Foundationer a valuable introduction to our business, helping them build strong peer networks, gain confidence through mentoring and take part in collaborative, hands on sessions.

With 14 apprentices, five graduates and two placement students joining this year, the programme continues to reflect our long term commitment to developing the next generation of talent.
